Kashmir Singh Nizzer, President and Founder- Entrepreneurial Journey Kashmir Singh Nizzer began his career in the trucking industry with just one truck. Through dedication and hard work, he steadily expanded his business, and by 2018, he owned a fleet of 45 trucks. In 2006, Mr. Nizzer diversified his ventures by entering the real estate business across Mississauga, Brampton, and Milton. His first property acquisition was located at 530 Guelph Street, followed by 1 Derry Road, Mississauga.
Continuing his expansion, in 2014, he acquired 16917 Steeles Avenue, Hornby, and in 2020, he developed the 7443 Trafalgar Road Truck Stop. His portfolio grew further with the addition of Woodlawn Plaza in Guelph (2021) and Georgetown Marketplace (2024). Today, his business operations include both residential and commercial real estate, managed through a network of family-owned companies that also handle the duties of a full-service property management firm.

Navendu (Nav) Dogra, Vice President- Nav has originated and funded over $3 billion in commercial real estate loans across asset classes, including: multifamily, retail, office, industrial and special use. With 15 years of Commercial Real Estate Banking experience, his core expertise lies in construction, adaptive reuse, as well as CMHC insured financing.
Prior to joining Power Credit Bank, Nav was an originator at Equitable Bank, and corporate banker at ICICI Bank in Toronto, Canada and in Mumbai, India. Nav has an MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB - class of 2011) and is a CFA Level Ill candidate.
